Our Fryer, Oven, Griddle Degreasing Cleaner (F.O.G. Cleaner) is a powerful, high-alkaline degreaser designed to remove stubborn grease, baked-on carbon, and food residues from fryers, ovens, griddles, and hoods. This cleaner is ideal for restaurants and commercial kitchens that require a fast, reliable solution to tackle grease buildup from cooking, frying, and BBQ operations.

Applications

• Restaurants: Use for cleaning ovens, griddles, grills, BBQ tongs, panels, fryers, and cooking pots.
• Hood & Exhaust Systems: Effectively cleans grease from hood filters and other kitchen exhaust systems.

Directions for Use

Griddles and Grills:

1. Preheat the cooking surface to 80°C and then turn the griddle off.
2. Mix 1 part F.O.G. Cleaner with 1 part water.
3. Pour the mixture directly onto the hot surface.
4. Use a scrubbing pad to clean the surface thoroughly.
5. Rinse with potable water and wipe clean.
6. Apply a thin coat of cooking oil to prevent rust.

Ovens:

1. Do not dilute the cleaner.
2. Wearing protective gloves, apply F.O.G. Cleaner with a sponge or sprayer directly to walls, racks, and glass.
3. Let the cleaner work for 15 minutes.
4. For stubborn areas, lightly scrub using a nylon scrubbing pad.
5. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

Fryers:

1. Completely empty the fryer and remove excess grease by scraping or hosing down.
2. Fill the fryer with cold water up to 10 cm from the top.
3. Add 1 part F.O.G. Cleaner to 30 parts water.
4. Boil the solution for 30 minutes.
5. Scrub away the greasy residue while the solution is still warm.
6. Drain and flush with hot water.
7. Rinse thoroughly with potable water before use.
