Use Directions:

General Sanitizing, Disinfecting, and Bleaching (Hospitals, healthcare, schools):
- Add 60mL of Clean San per 10 liters of water.
- Allow for a contact time of 10 minutes.
- Rinse food preparation and food contact surfaces with potable water before re-use.
- Caution: Do not use Clean San on materials like silk, wool, mohair, Lycra, leather, aluminum, or silver.

Agriculture, Dairy, Food & Beverage Processing:
- For a 200 ppm chlorine solution, add 20 mL of Clean San per 10 liters of water.
- For a 25 ppm chlorine solution, add 5 mL per 20 liters of water.
- Surfaces that come in contact with food must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water when concentrations of 200 ppm chlorine or higher are used.
